Thank you for the info. That is exactly what is going on. I did figure out a solution by using the take up reel and pulling the material tight and taping it to the core.

I’m mounting this material to polystyrene to cut on my laser. My hp365 doesn’t seem to like it very much. Has anyone used this material on a latex? We’re printing and cutting 8,000 1” x 2” tags. The whole rolll was only 165.00 so I should Have known better.

I accept that HP may do that, but I kind of set money aside for upgrades as needed. Working with the 365 today, I’m really impressed with the improvements. No waste tank, funnel replacements etc. My tech that did the set up and training was awesome. A really intelligent machine.
