I understand that a lot of things come into play but for example when we print shirts we have a 12 shirt minimum order plus screen set fee.
Do some of you require a minimum order so that your price is set to a certain amount?
These were small 3x2 prints but its used for laptop and other equipments.
Can you guys point me in the right direction with what laminate to get?
Thanks
Printing with my BN-20. Orajet Matte Vinyl. Customer says that the print fades fairly fast.
Pretty new at this so is there any way to prevent this? A different vinyl or an added layer to cover the top layer?
Thanks a lot guys.
I looked into renting them and it comes out to $70-$100 a day.
I can afford paying $500 for a 5000 wattage Generator but not something like a Honda that outputs the same for $2000.
I looked into the Honda Generators and they are way out if my budget. I agree with you for watching the reviews that they are what I'm looking for but I can't spend that much money for something I will using 4 times a year at that.

I am looking into Generators both electric and gas powered...
My BN-20 is perfect on contour cuts but when I am doing perf cuts it is ripping the vinyl on turns.
I have done my research and I know not to make the edges pointy in the designs.
I have uploaded the design I wanted to print and cut. I printed it just fine its the cutting I am having troubles...
Right before my BN-20 starts printing on the vinyl, it will feed about a good 10 inches and then start the print job So theres always a 10 inch space thats getting wasted.
How do I adjust this so that it can start the print job right as it feeds or not so much vinyl is wasted?
Thanks guys.
I am looking for clear transfer tape.
The ones I have purchased in the past are real high tack. The Vinyl would not transfer because of it.
What would you recommend?
Thank You.
Also if this is in the wrong forum my apologies.
This is using Cutmaster with Adobe Illustrator.
When im using the whole 24' vinyl the plotter wont cut deep enough in the middle area towards the left side (Cutting from right to left).
This is happening in both single cut (placing design in the middle) and multiple cut designs.
I dont think...
