We are getting grainy prints on hi speed setting, we have to print on standard to get a good print. We had a computer crash and lost all of our old profiles, when we had those we could print hi speed with no problems.. the old profiles were Roland profiles for a SP540V if that helps. any...

We updated to versa works 3.2.1 and we had to reinstall our media profiles we lost some due a computer going down too. My concern is now to get a print that isn't grainy we have to use an Orajet 3109 profile to get a decent print, the only issue is it takes almost twice as long to print a file...
