Good to know. I have new Cyan and Light Cyan ink coming in today. All the heads are less than a year old, most are less than a couple months old. I keep them rotated out fairly regularly. I just hope the old ink didn’t cause an issue with the new heads.

I have two inks showing expired... both the Cyan and Light Cyan. The “Warranty Ends” date is 10/2020 on both. However the expiration date in the printer screen shows 5/2021 for both.

Very low usage. I only print a couple days a week, I do fire apparatus graphics and I’m a one man operation. I have never shaken the cartridges, I’ve actually never heard that. It makes sense though

Pat did you ever find a solution? My 310 just did the same thing to me. Printing great and then boom... washed out colors. Replaced most of the heads and got it back, now a few weeks later my blues have turned purple.

No it no longer prints a ghost image. It makes me wonder if the power supply is bad, because that would make sense as far as it suddenly not printing at all after being unplugged and plugged back in, and would also explain why everything works except for the actual transfer of the foil, right...

Yes sir I tried everything. Rebooting, different vinyl, different foil, etc. Since replacing the boards and head cable I’ve been directly printing test prints through the test print button on the machine. Still nothing.

No it was not intermittent. The printer worked great, I printed with it the beginning of one week and then when I fired it up at the end of that week it wouldn’t print at all. I am also very big on unplugging machines that aren’t in use so it shouldn’t have been a power surge or lighting issue...

I have, it’s the same result. Just a blank piece of vinyl coming out the other end.

I have gone through every cable, at least every one I can find. I just swapped both boards today which was 90% of the cables. You’re right, there is a small chance that both printers had bad boards. I don’t think that is the case though. It just doesn’t make any sense.

Ok guys, it’s been a while since I’ve posted here. Probably 2 years ago or more my Edge 2 randomly quit on me. It was a gently used printer that I ran some jobs on the first part of the week, then the end of that week it fired up and did everything like normal, but when it prints no foil...

I am looking to outsource several printed reflective car tag jobs. About 50 tags total. All artwork is done, I just really don't have time to deal with applying and trimming each tag. Does anyone do these wholesale?

I was hoping that’s what the issue was, I had the same issue with my 25500! But nope, all little plastic pieces are intact haha. Nothing looks out of place, so I’m leaning towards the ISS boards being bad.

A new cartridge didn’t make a difference. Also ran through all the diagnostics with HP on the phone, the only thing that showed up was under the ink level sensor check. It showed “Supply 1 ink level sensor not working properly” and “Diagnostic result: FAIL, Error: 79:04”. HP said they couldn’t...

I came in this morning and woke the printer up, and it was showing no inks were inserted (all of them were). I tried a restart, and also removing and reinserting all of the inks. It’s still showing no inks are inserted. Any ideas?

There is no contact info, you can’t get to any part of the website anymore other than the first page saying it’s shut down. That makes sense. Just a shame, I’ve spent hundreds of dollars between his website and yours Fred. There aren’t many sources of great fire truck artwork other than that...

Does anyone know what happened to Vector Art? I use their website quite a bit and have purchased a ton of files from them. I went to it tonight and there is only one page that says "Vector Art products are out of print indefinitely". I ordered the 3 collections on CDs, I use it too much for it...
