    onyx 12 and rotation menu

    Same thing here, never noticed it. I usually reopen in Job Editor for most adjustments. My biggest issue is Onyx locking up when setting jobs in for my Oce 318GL. Does it still rotate or do you get an error?

    I've put strips of 1/4" PVC at the bottom of banners before to give weight.

  7. Easy Image Wallcovering / Wall fab Question

    I use Phototex and also UltraFlex's FabriTac,love it... never had a problem with either. Interesting install on the easy image wallcovering, might need to check that out.

  10. Mounting sign to painted wall in Hospital?

    We do a lot of signage at the hospitals around here and always use VHB to mount boards. Actually just did a few that were 4'x8' PVC boards mounted to painted drywall and we only used VHB tape. Just let them know that when/if they are taken down that it will remove the paint.

  12. Fuji Acuity UV Lamp System Problem

    I've received multiple lamp errors also on my Right UV Lamp. I'm running Oce 318GL. It alerts me maybe once or twice a month at most. I haven't noticed any print issues or curing issues because of it. We have just assumed its some sensor that's faulty. Will be interested in what you find out...

    Its a one man show over here and distance is the reason. But glad its resolved and customer is still submitting more jobs. Thanks again.

    Thanks everyone for taking the time to read and respond. Installer didn't clean vinyl after install (wanted it to set longer before wiping it down). A worker there simply spray with window cleaner and it looks great now.

  20. Etched vinyl issues....

    I was told that they cleaned it, but obviously something isn't sitting right. Also when referring to the app fluid, are you thinking its on the outside or inside of vinyl? I'm unable to physically go out there at this time and inspect it.
