Hi Everyone - Looking for a permanent hem tape for textile fabric media for sign shops without sewing machine. Does anyone know of a cost effective product that works for this application and have experience with? Thanks.
We use Grimco's KeyBlockout and BeBanner products if anyone has recommendations on curing temp. We are looking to replace Key though with DSS from Ultraflex.
I'm at the recommended settings for scrim banner 221F. I've adjusted down to 200F the lowest and still seem to get them. How much lower can you technically go with scrim?
Hello everyone. Hopefully someone can assist me with this issue. Every time I run scrim banner, I'm receiving these tension roller marks that stay in the banner no matter the application. It's definitely not the manufacturer's fault because it happens on several different rolls. Is this a...
I'm looking to do "double-up" panels, meaning if each tradeshow booth panel is ~28", I want to do (2) of them at a time so less "matching up". I would only have to match up the two middle panels to trim as oppose to all four panels.
Do you have or recommend any 60" polycarb and printable film...
Hi Everyone - I'm looking for a workflow management software system to help me create, manage, track and bill projects all online. I'm creating an online-only printing business and need a highly recommended software system to manage all of these things. I want the customer to be able to upload...
I have Onyx ProductionHouse 10 and am looking to purchase an L360. I read on Onyx's site that L360 is only supported on v11+. Has anyone with an L360 gotten v10 to work for it? I don't really see much difference why v10 wouldn't work. Seems to me they just want you to upgrade to the newest...
Thanks. The biggest values for choosing the best RIP is being able to easily manipulate nesting of jobs, ability to have overlap features to print multiple panels such as a tradeshow booth and ability to replace out a certain color such as a pantone color in a processed file as well as the being...
Just doing more research on the L360. Because of its instant curing and scratch-resistant benefits, is there much need for lamination any longer for indoor graphics with 2-3 year expectancy? And if so, is there any need for getting a heated laminator or are most of you using cold laminators?
Has anyone had any issues with de-lamination on these materials by customers rolling the graphics inward? Also are you using heated lamination for the backers?
