I am using Onyx for RIP, and Cut Master for the Graphtec.

I have a Graphtec FC 8000 - 64" that cuts vinyl well, but has some problems with print/cut. It loses the registration marks. I am thinking about replacing it, but I am not sure what to ask if I sell it? Any suggestions?

We've had that problem also. It would print fine, then hit and then be okay again. Try increasing the vacuum, it helps to hold the media down while it passes through. You can increase the vacuum while it is running. We usually increase by 10.

I have a Fire Dept that wants to letter their inflatable rubber rescue boat. Any suggestions as to what type of vinyl to use? The customer asked for reflective, but I am not sure it will work.

What are you selling it for, and where is it? I got to figure out shipping....
