We had the same issue, moreover it happened with yellow channel alike. In our case one damper was torn in the middle of cleaning process. We didn't notice the leakage and left the printer for about 15 minutes. You need to buy a new print head, head cables and dampers. I hope your fuses are ok

What do you mean - "it doesn't print"? if the device is printing once you sent a task though the inks don't come out of nozzles - it means, you've got a dead printhead.

I do cleaning cycle each five days then I print CMYK steaks and only then I do custom cleaning with solvent and park my print head for the next 5 days. My captop is in excellent condition.
