Need help please! Every setting is correct and the colors are all printing just fine when we do a color test. However, this is the color of the design (Teal) and it’s printing barn red!!! Need help badly!! Thank you in advance!

It’s not user error. We have had this cutter replaced twice now. HP has told us the issues the “machine” was having. Unfortunately, we got the machine we did and there’s not much we can do on that end.

We finally got all the motors and opos sensor replaced and it’s reading like a champ. However, when we try to cut out laminated ij180 it horrifically cuts off. Do I need to laminate a color calibration and calibrate the cutter with the lamination over it? Or an opos? I imagine the shiny surface...

I did. It wouldn’t work. We use flexi, I’m guessing that’s the reason. As it’s different software? Thank you again for all your help.

Thank you... I’m slowly trying to go through all the suggestions and see what works. It work with the work path on top of the image in illustrator. And now when after trying the same steps with another image it has decided it doesn’t want to work. We are using flexi. I’m doing the emboss/...

Ok... I did all of that and it is still trying to contour cut in the same spot, the wrong spot. :(

In need of some advice. I designed our logo in ai and then moved it to photoshop for the effects. However now the contour cut in only one spot goes through the stroke into the original design. It’s prints with part of the stroke cut off as well as cuts. Is there something I am doing wrong with...

Update: Thank you! After many hours on the phone with HP, they finally deducted it down to the x and y motors on the cutter going bad as well as the OPOS sensor. Lots of issues! Hope this time it runs smoothly.

Hp latex 64. It’s off the whole time. It can’t make up its mind if it wants to work. It’s a consistent off. We changed the manual settings already, as those were off from the people that installed it. It worked great for a month or so. Now, it’s off again.

After many attempts to remedy this issue the cutter is still cutting off and a huge waste of vinyl! We have re installed the software, did a clean install. We have done all the calibrations. We have manually tried to change the settings... it’s getting a bit absurd. If anyone could please...
