if you look at the picture of the bottom of the head you can see the inkline from the capping station and it looks off center to me witch would introduce air while cleaning etc.
I would double check the cap adjust settings
looking at your test draw i'd take a look at your capping. if it hasn't been changed that would be where I would start first.
Not familiar with the vendor of the head but some are re-manufactured and could be the issue as well.
Yes, but there are also manual and electronic alignments in service mode for all the DPI that should be checked also.
Its a pretty tedious process and you need a scope to do it correctly.
If your still getting the 711 error its probably cooked the central I/O and or the UVLED driver board(s).
Couple of things to double check are the fans for the UV driver boards in the carriage are functioning properly.
Also the radiator fans behind the carriage service area, this is a good time...
Empty out the coolant mix and refill back up with CLR or a calcium remover of some sort. Go into #test and run the pump for about a half hour to ensure it cycles through the lamp water jackets thoroughly. Drain again and refill with Distilled water only to rinse. Then refill with the mix. Rest...
