colors off I've gone so far as to adjust my design to compensate for colors being off. It will look bad on screen but prints great. Takes some test prints but once you get it it's on.

If they are 100 yd foils they sometimes become "top" heavy. I've had to take out used foil and start fresh, but only happens to me on these large rolls. You can also try rolling out some foil and then rewinding. Again, sometimes rolls get to tight for clutch.

in quick plot there is a speed setting that you can adjust; Don't have it in front of me right now but it's there.

Set up the job from the begining if it's not trashed. Run the plotter without the knife until it gets to the "good" print, pause plotter and reload knife. Should be good. Sometimes if the plotter crashes and messes up sprocket holes you have to get creative and fix them with some tape.

Hi Res photos Thanks for all the input. I did contact Carrier for a past order and they sent me a CD full of logos that worked out great. Never thought to do the same for this. Have to shake off the cob webs after the holidays. One too many cookies I guess. :Sleeping:
