print and cut

Looking to see if anyone know of a good tutorial to walk me through a "print and cut" procedure. I have Onyx Gama Print Pro to Gama RIP and am printing on an Epson S30670, cutting on a Graphtec fc8000. I have Corel x7 to produce my artwork. The Onyx site was not inuitive, can anyone help? Thanks!
