Is a NHB inside the premium section a possibility?

That's the way the current one is setup. The problem is that any thread posted can be seen in the Active Threads by any member that joins the After Hours Access usergroup and there is no way to have a limit the joiners to just premium subscribers and merchants. Then the joinable user group ends up taking priority over the premium forum permissions.

I thought we weren't supposed to post on it till after 9PM.
I am usually in bed before 8PM.
So if I do post it will be in the middle of the night when I wake up and stay up.

What you really would want to have is a chat room where you can hang out and have live chat. I can't really imagine how an "after hours" message forum would work. I am clueless on the mechanics of such a chat room and don't know if it's possible but I do know that there are other forums with such a thing.
