I vaguely heard about that on the news so I just wikipediaed it... sounds to me those lawsuits are over reaching. Looks like he got the case moved from Houston (democrat) to my county.. Collin (republican) so he might be home safe. Either way I dont care and its all a bunch of bull shit these people do all day.
