That is all way too much work. Go to Tools>Internet Options and under the general tab click "clear history" "delete files" and "delete cookies" This will clear out most of it.

If you are really worried, go to your start menu and click search. Search for all videos and sort them by date created. The videos created over the weekend will probably be the ones you want to delete if there are any all all. Just delete em and go on with your life.

All those "Tools" that help you get rid of that stuff are viruses in themselves, both figuratively and technically. Don't install the crap. It will just slow you down.

After you get a little older, you'll learn FireFax is the way to go...just go to Tools>Clear Private Data..

How do I know you are not using firefox already? Your asking this question... ;-)

As mentioned previously, AdAware is a solid bet, as well Spybot Search & Destroy is one of my favourites. If you're looking to put down some money, PC Tools' Spyware Doctor is supposed to be one of the new big guns.

ccleaner is what you want to clean up the history, temp files, & cookies...

AdAware & other to clean & remove viruses, adware, & spybots. They won't be helpful just removing legitimate cookies

Clear your history, clear your cookies, and then search your /windows folder for *.gif and *.jpg files, and delete the ones you don't wanna look at again. WARNING: You're gonna want to keep some of the gifs and jpegs that are in the /windows folder...

It's just the principle of it. I let him use it because he had a paper due and he couldn't transfer a document to the school because he is working on a Vista computer.
