What camera system do you use? I see you have multiple cameras based on your picture. Is it something you installed? Where is the best place to buy a system with a recorder? Also are the wireless or wired cameras?

Yes there are "wireless", but each camera needs a power outlet nearby...

I didn't think that through when purchasing my first "wireless" set.

So, if you're at dinner and you see on your camera something has gone wrong, like a hard strike or media went off track..... can you get back in time to fix the problem or just clean up a big mess ??
I agree with Salmon..... nothing is that dire that equipment needs to run with no one attending. I'd rather be a little late giving a project to a customer or getting home for supper, than finding a crashed head or $400 roll of ruined vinyl.

Also, is that thing at your front door ?? Seems like a terrible spot to advertise equipment unattended.

Errrrrr, a wrap for $120? It's only 4 cameras and only ip.

Set up is like plugging in a vcr.

Its 7 cameras, and there not the cheap ones you get at tigerdirect for 300, i got sony cameras with 900 resolution and the wrap trade includes cameras, dvr, install, plus alarm system and setup. Yes its by the front door, but thats our new warehouse nextdoor we expanded to, no customers or walkins, its just for me
