We do this all the time, Reverse print on clear, we use oracal. and flood laminate with white cut vinyl. Ez process.

Problem was, as mentioned, they wanted the blue to be seen from the inside and somewhat see through it as in the picture. They hadda match some other windows.

is the "blue" vinyl?

* reverse plotter white vinyl, stick white to thin blue polystyrene.

* reverse plotter white vinyl, use blue vinyl as the "transfer tape" onto the white.
** make sure the "white" is the same size as the blue, so the blue "sticks" onto the backing paper of the white

Why would you reverse the white to stick on blue styrene? Cut it normal and stick to the face.
