How do you advertise / promote your business to get more business?

I was solely on insatagram, but the last few months business has fallen by 75% in the last 2 months. Now I'm contemplating closing up shop or finding a part-time job to fill in gaps. I've got clients that rely on me, but they don't order every week, so I can't just up and close and leave people hanging. I'm looking into setting up a website, getting a business card to have something people can look at and I can hand out or leave. Facebook as well, I'm just not good at these things and setting up Facebook and a website aren't really in my wheelhouse.

I've thought about sending samples to local companies of things I've printed but my offerings are so narrow for sticker materials, I'm not sure that's a great idea.
