Joined when I stumbled across the site in 2008. Got hired with no sign/production experience to design T-shirts and occasionally help out with production when needed. Due to some crazy unforeseen circumstances, it ended up being just me and the guy who bought the business about 2 weeks after I started. Owner had no clue how to do anything besides pull a screen printing squeegee and manage the back office/accounting. I only had experience in designing for offset printing/web press printing.
If it weren't for this website, there is a pretty good chance this business would have folded within 6 months and I would be working some miserable job designing packaging or something even more boring.
