Is there a way convert images to vector images?

i think if you push down on the blade holder and drag the vinyl to and fro through the cutter with a couple buddies you could use it without software...or electricity!. go green!

AAAAHHHH!!!!! Computers have killed this industry! Every Tom, Dick, and Harry N**Sack thinks they are a sign guy or gal just because they can buy a computer and printer. What about learning the basics, like DRAWING a basic shape, or knowing what to do with these programs before you think about going into business.
