Thanks Jaguar,
I tested everything single wire and the 2 Y's motor has power , if you try to turn it by hand it wont move and the encoder reading good according to the servo motor controller display screen, but still not moving , I checked all the Limit switch's all are fine

It may have a hall sensor on the right sight of the gantry, make sure the red light is on, if not replace it. If not that make sure you have the electrical schematic and call your favorite local electrical tech.

Thank you all for the reply.
If the machine is OFF the motors turn very smoothly by hand no load at all .
I will attach a Photo for the motors and the control server for the motors its Y left , Y right , X .
if I turn the Y by hand the control display numbers change

Looks like pretty decent parts in the machine, copies of higher end gear, but still quite decent. Here's a video that shows how to do a jog/test on the servo.
If the servo jogs fine, check the wiring to the driver.

Check the wiring from the controller to the servo. Might be a bad servo or a wire lug cameoose. Or potentially controller issues.

Might need to try and find a manual for the stepper driver, some require different modes to do jog tests.
