Thanks Jaguar,
I tested everything single wire and the 2 Y's motor has power , if you try to turn it by hand it wont move and the encoder reading good according to the servo motor controller display screen, but still not moving , I checked all the Limit switch's all are fine

It may have a hall sensor on the right sight of the gantry, make sure the red light is on, if not replace it. If not that make sure you have the electrical schematic and call your favorite local electrical tech.

Thank you all for the reply.
If the machine is OFF the motors turn very smoothly by hand no load at all .
I will attach a Photo for the motors and the control server for the motors its Y left , Y right , X .
if I turn the Y by hand the control display numbers change

Looks like pretty decent parts in the machine, copies of higher end gear, but still quite decent. Here's a video that shows how to do a jog/test on the servo.
If the servo jogs fine, check the wiring to the driver.

Check the wiring from the controller to the servo. Might be a bad servo or a wire lug cameoose. Or potentially controller issues.

Might need to try and find a manual for the stepper driver, some require different modes to do jog tests.

Some of these do this when you first start the computer and the printer and the solution is to do a restart on the computer. You might have to do this start computer, start printer, restart the computer every day (assuming this works).

I restart many times and I changed the computer also same problem.
I removed one of the Y motors and connected to the X cables , it turns normally then I reconnected it to the Y L7 driver didn't work .
I removed the X motor cable connector from the drive and plugged it in the Y1 drive and turn on the machine the motor turns.
I attached photo to explain.
I think there's problem in the main board, I suggestions.
Thanks

No idea if this might help… I’m trying to remember, but I think for me it was the encoder reader??? And if you can get it to do a print test then it’s obviously moving Y.. but goofy, have you cleaned it?

I had one time it just won’t move Y at all.. and just needed to wiggle the cable connected to the encoder reader..

Either that or it was the fiber optic cable..

Either one it was always a wire connection going bad or “crimped” too hard.

Thank you Sir for your reply.
The problem is, if I connect any Y axe side to the X servo motor controller it works , the motor moves but of course on one side, so the cables are ok.
and regarding the bad test print I might change the fiber cable from the main board to the carriage board, I hope it will work.
Thanks again
