I'm thinking of moving our shop too.
We have high visibility but little parking and no place to bring vehicles inside to work on them. We can rent space next door to work on wraps but that's not ideal.

Very few time wasters. We are highly visible and people mostly call in orders, then come in to pick up or we'll deliver. I've had to hire two additional full time employees to keep up with the pace.

Well, the sign police came by and made me take down my sign as it was somewhat larger than what is permitted for my building. I avoided a $200 a day fine and fixed it at the last possible moment. Here's the new sign using cannibalized parts from the previous sign shown earlier.
