Mutoh Maintenance Manual

Mutoh guys, i have a mutoh valuejet 1614 off dealer show room floor. It is in near perfect condition. The machine comes with take up reel, one set of eco ultra ink cartridge, flexi sign 8 and 1 year mutoh warranty. Looking to get as close to $15,000 as possible. Pick up or arrange to ship southern california.

Does anyone has parts book? Instruction for "how to maintenance"?
I own this printer for little over 2 years & start to have problems.
It is very pain to keep this printer because the warranty is over, no parts book, no maintenance instruction except on user manual, no service manual, no service technician available w/o tons of money etc.
I had an err code "E074Err CR2 Current" that I just got lid of it(it took me 2 days -Tech support over the phone from dealer wasn't good) but I am not sure when it will come back again.
Would you please let me know that does anyone has service manual for 1614?

Read your message we are having a prob with our printer is this a service manual ie what a tech would use to fix the printer... if you have a pdf please send too kbgraphics4u@yahoo.com we are having a tech coming out for 200 then 150 an hr after the first cost.....

Your thoughts about updating the Firmware? My printer has been working fine, except for a no good card on a the Cyan cartridge, was giving me a "[C] Not Original" on the screen, turn out that the cartridge was either empty or next to empty but never gave me the near end message. My dealer told me to check the Firmware on my printer and provided me with the current up-to-date code, not the one on my machine, but it does seem to work properly. Any thoughts?
