is there some reason why you won't send this off to Gemini for a quote? send them an .eps file of what you want, be sure to tell them what you want emaning thickness, material, color and mounting method. why would you want to paint these? also, it's looks like numbers will come in serveral cut pieces due to the font style. is the custoemr going to install themselves? if so, you better have an install pattern.
