NETHASP Error (15): no active license manger was found???

any ideas how to get this to work? i just upgraded to new computer with windows 7 with professional upgrade to run xp hardware.

What software is the Nethasp for? What version?

Once software is installed click on icon go to properties and tell it to start and run in XP compatibility mode. If software wont install post complete error message know where to look.

I have easysign 4.5 signmaking software. the error message is-

NETHASP Error(15):No active NetHASP License Manager was found

i hit ok
and

Dongle not found

window pops up.

i tried going to properties etc and same messages pop up

This is a message to tell you your dongle drivers are not compatible with windows 7 and or your dongle is fried,...call the manufacturer of the software that uses the dongle and find out if there are windows 7 hasp drivers available and or right click the program file(exe file) that launches the program and click the compatibility wizard option to see if win 7 will solve the problem by running the program in xp or vista mode

OR you are running a 32 bit app with a 64 bit OS that needs to use the flex license manager server but cannot find it.
