Thanks to anthonyg who has come up with a way to display the list of pages indicator at both the top and bottom of the Recent Threads module. :signs101:

Fred for some reason, every time I hit the reply button, I keep getting duplicate posts and this message you see here?
I understand that caveman "Oog, change bad" mentality, I suffer from it too. But I do have to say, the new search ROCKS! I have been able to find so many amazing things!
The only frustration with it is the same as the old site, that I have to wait 10 seconds between searches. Why is that Fred? (I know there is a good reason, I would just like to know so my brain can shut up about it)
Thanks!
It has to do with preventing uninformed or bad intentioned individuals from flooding the server with too many searches at once and causing a crash.
There is no reason to limit the search, as the site no longer uses vb's search functionality, its uses sphinx & a flat file system.
As it no longer searches through the db, but through file(s), that will not happen, you can remove the limit if you want to Fred.
One highly annoying bug..... and it's a problem in VB 4.2, specifically in "CKeditor" which is what we type replies in. IE10 users cannot press enter to get a new line. So if I'm quoting or whatever I cannot (nor can any other IE10 users) start a new paragraph. This explains it a little but it's a documented bug in the editor - http://www.vbulletin.com/forum/foru...00-win8-ie10-with-vb4-2-0?highlight=ie10& lol, I cannot even put that link on it's own line since my enter key is totally useless. I think there are some unofficial fixes for it though.
Hmmmm.... shift enter is a no go. IE10, needed, we have certain things that only work in IE with specific active X controls like our security DVR system, web management of our SAN, and web management of one of our Summit network switches.I've never used IE10 (not sure why anyone would, sorry :\ ) But have you tried Shift-Enter? It works in forms when I have that problem in chrome.

We'll be installing a maintenance upgrade to vb 4.2.1 shortly. Perhaps they've addressed the CK Editor problems.
