polycarbonate stickers for instrument panels

Do a search for membrane switches - usually reverse printed, but it's usually more specialised as they often want thermoforming as well.

polycarbonate stickers is a vague question. What's is used for what is it supposed to look like?

I bet you they are looking for reverse printed LexEdge decals, printed on a Gerber Edge and backed with 3M 467 adhesive. They are scratchproof and permanent.
We do a lot of them for companies that make equipment that starts with a key, like generators, etc.

need to confirm what they are using them for.
we make polycarbonate nameplates and we use different types of adhesive depending on what they adhere to.
you can use cast vinyl and poly carb lam but still need to know what they are sticking them to because you may need to use a high tack vinyl.
also depending on who the customer is and what they are using them for you want to check they may have a mil-spec drawing that the nameplates or decals need to be produced to match

Either way could work, but we only do them with our Gerber Edge printers here.
Plotting them on a wide-format printer just doesn't do as good of a job (accuracy) with that many cut passes.

If using a wide format digital printer make sure the ink is solvent resistant as 3M467 is aggressive. It can attack the ink on subsurface prints and cause delamination.

I print them on a 14mil synthetic stock with mounting adhesive on that back laminate the front and laser cut.
