Jim is trying focused things to troubleshoot your problem, but I'd be careful about applying grease willy-nilly to things.
From the VG User's Manual:
IMPORTANT
• This machine is a precision device and is sensitive to dust and dirt. Perform cleaning on a daily basis.
• Never attempt to oil or lubricate the machine.
Sent you a pdf on how to tighten drive belt. Do in increments at a time until the "hesitation" noise stops and the head carriage seems to stop and reverse direction smoothly.
Done tiding, nothing change... Time to look at the motor... Il call tomorrow for an engineer to take a look. Thank you, everyone, for help, Especially Jim Hancock!
Hello Everyone.
At the end, That was a Scan motor foul. Had it replacement and now working fine. The motor got 500 working hours.
