PS:

GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR:

"Our goal is to provide you with the most choices and most competitive pricing possible."

Me hates it when one sells on price rather than skill / ability.

Just me tho. You can't say anything 'cause that's my opinion and everyone is entitled to their own.

Not sure what you're trying to do? The site has some serious flaws.

Chris

Serious flaws?

It ain't flawed it's flipping hard core sign porn that's what it is. Filthy.

Anyone who loves the sign business and is keen to be the best they can will be licking the screen and dribbling all over the keyboard.

I'm just a bit miffed with the image menu thingy in the craft section... first time I visited I totally missed all them other signs.... I though the dude had only made 3 or 4

Shane does nice, clean work... I'm not humbled by it, I'm inspired.

As far as the negative comments, why respond? The work speaks for itself. Not everyone is going to 'get it'. For those who do get it, we have another bookmark to get more inspiration.

Thanks for comments, inspiration is definitely the gas that drives the wheels, I'm pleased you find some in my efforts.

I can only guess what Chris means.

The site's function has a solid base technically, the navigation is clean and straight forward and the site is uncluttered and easy.

I'm guessing Chris's critique speaks to the site's objective and direction. The site is quietly being assembled and not ready for viewing. Without copy the site doesn't have any context, like a picture book without the story.

When I was in the signcrafting business I presented myself as a branding designer, crafting what I designed. It gave my product more value and was easier to "sell up" as a result. More importantly I was not perceived a "sign guy" - An image loaded with misconceptions.
In my new form I'm offering consulting and design services only. Even though I'm no longer in the sign business, it's been a large part in my development as a designer and needed to be included, that's why it's in the background.
Stay tuned it should make perfect sense when the entire picture is complete. I'm hoping it'll be a portal to new and exciting worlds.
