I sure didn't mean to sell them short. More to the point, firesprint is super open with all of their processes, 'copying' the processes would be a snap. how do you know if the package is too big or too heavy for them?One question about weighing the packages before you ship - why do you weigh small packages when the carriers weigh them either way and bill according to their own weight/size (dimensional weight) measurements?
i have been in ecommerce for 15 years and have never owned a package scale or weighed a package
Fedex / UPS weight limit is 150lbs, hard to accidentally go over the limithow do you know if the package is too big or too heavy for them?
