Great tour!! Impressive shop, I have to admit I miss your screen printing department. I owned a graphic screen printing shop for 30 years that unfortunately closed a few years ago.

Unfortunately, the shipping to London might be a touch pricey!
Looking or a UK based equivalent.
Ya know, with all the info firesprint shares about every aspect of their business, becoming the UK equivalent yourself would probably be fairly simple... There is of course the people they've employed that can't be copied, and is often the secret sauce for many successful businesses...

Don't sell them short. I imagine it's much tougher to get in a wholesale sign business than it is a small local shop.

I sure didn't mean to sell them short. More to the point, firesprint is super open with all of their processes, 'copying' the processes would be a snap. Getting the business off the ground successfully is a whole different beast.

Couldn't agree more, love the transparency and interaction.

If (a few years back) just over 50% of the UK hadn't voted to pull away from our largest trading partner, it might almost be worth considering (if I were a few decades younger, and far smarter).
These days, shipping to Europe is an absolute fuster cluck.

Love it! The cool thing about being a trade printer, we win when you win. It's more fun to be on your side.

We have figured a few things out, but we have a lot to learn too. Copy as much as you feel would help you!

Very impressive.
i have helped setup high volume packing/ shipping for clients in the past

i have to say i wouldn't change a thing
we have installed many cardboard compactors, but, i love the garbage compactor

it must save quite a bit of time

a couple of my guys think it is funny that the garbage compactor is what i felt was worthy of comment.

that is because I KNEW YOUR PRINTING WAS STATE OF THE ART

One question about weighing the packages before you ship - why do you weigh small packages when the carriers weigh them either way and bill according to their own weight/size (dimensional weight) measurements?

i have been in ecommerce for 15 years and have never owned a package scale or weighed a package

how do you know if the package is too big or too heavy for them?
