If anyone would like to know, there is no required condition to enter the serial number of the head into the ujf 7151 series.
However, you do need to manually enter the A and B values for each head and also enter/correct the voltage required.
Here's the breakdown of what means what from the details on the ribbon cable....

In this example:
A value is 1. Head voltage is 221
B value is 1. Head voltage is 219.

In this following example though....
1000001305.jpg

A value is 1. Head voltage is 225.
B value is 1. Head voltage is 221.

You need to input the first 3 numerals after the / as the voltage. Ignoring the decimal point. The last numeral you need to either round up or down to the nearest 10. In these cases we rounded the last value down.

If for example the numbers were A(Label) 2/24.66

You would input the following

A value 2.
Voltage 247

We round up in this instance.

Hope this helps clarify any confusion

I can't remember where to get the template drawing to create a jig for this machine.
Can anyone lead me where to get it from? Google isn't coming up with anything

Never mind. I found it under the resource library in Mimaki's website.
But it's called Table tap position DXF data
If anyone else needs any resources for this machine....
