If anyone would like to know, there is no required condition to enter the serial number of the head into the ujf 7151 series.
However, you do need to manually enter the A and B values for each head and also enter/correct the voltage required.
Here's the breakdown of what means what from the details on the ribbon cable....
In this example:
A value is 1. Head voltage is 221
B value is 1. Head voltage is 219.
In this following example though....
A value is 1. Head voltage is 225.
B value is 1. Head voltage is 221.
You need to input the first 3 numerals after the / as the voltage. Ignoring the decimal point. The last numeral you need to either round up or down to the nearest 10. In these cases we rounded the last value down.
If for example the numbers were A(Label) 2/24.66
You would input the following
A value 2.
Voltage 247
We round up in this instance.
