To be in this business, you have to be confident in your work. Maybe it's no where near the quality of a well educated person like yourself, but what kinda of business would survive? Im upfront with my customers, if I cant do it, i tell them. Im no artist! I do it for the fun of it and the extra cash...I dont have a "real" city within 1 hour, so im working with low budget companies/people that just want a quality item. Great customer service and quality work is what I try to do. if they come back disappointed (which none have yet in two years), then i'll work it out. Amen to the small wanna be vinyl shops! It's not easy trying to work in this economy considering most people dont understand how much work is involved in vinyl compared to printing shops.
