Alupanel Im with you on this one, NO MORE WOOD! No more sealing or painting edges. We use Alupanel and Ecopanel all the time. Our customers love it. Installing is a breeze, cutting and drilling is so easy for anyone.

We use a 1 inch "Banner Tape" from Proveer Sign & Graphics. We have always had great results and when a banner comes back year after year for a date change, the banner is still hemmed very well.

get a cheap humidifier, check for lint stuck to the heads where the ink gets sticky and do a thorough manual clean.

Cut back your edges a little and apply some lam in half inch strips around the edge to help those outer edge lifts.

There are other options. We use table saws at our shop. You can cut circles on a table saw, check it out on youtube, or you can use a composite blade for cutting acryllic if you are using a jigsaw. For an elipse we go to our router guy.

Dont judge colours by monitors, if you need a specific colour printed share the cmyk, rgb, or pantone numbers.

orrr, if its a cut vinyl job then just cut it in reverse. Most vinyls are the same colour on the adhisive side, not including reflective and flourescent colours.

We dont recommend chrome or other mylars for out door use, Canadian winters tarnish or even rust the finishes. 3M 1080 series vinyls have some decent metal finishes and Avery Supreme Wrapping Films also come in a variety of metalic finishes.
