could use a little help... I am new to this so be gentle.. thanks .. I cut my vinyl letter , weed it , and mask it and the masking will not lift the vinyl letter.. I have tried , contact paper, masking , masking tape, painters tape, and packing tape which worked the best .. what is going on...
