Trim it. We wrap right over, Cut right down the middle, tuck vinyl on left and right side. If you don't trim it and wrap over, water will roll off from the roof , behind the wrap and down the seam creating a water bubble on the lower part of your wrap.#truestory

pete... your overthinking it. I attached a photo of a truck we wrapped avery dark indigo blue and did the logo and copy with second level vinyl. If your customer in the end thinks the hinges need to be done. Give them the additional cost mask the suckers get some spray paint ....scuff and spray...

we always let them know...we are only as good as the surface we are wrapping on. Best surface : Smooth and shinny. And we take a sample and put it over a bad area to show the customer. Plus we have a line drawing of all sides of vehicle to check off any damaged areas that are of concern. Have...

we actually used an aurora file as a reference to create the rip effect on this hood. Notice you dont need to show the rip effect on every aspect of the creative. good luck.

im not familiar with that particular machine, but if your printing outdoor stuff, even though they say bumper stickers and decals are printable. You are printing with a large format printer and the small stuff is for different machines. You cant have it both ways with one machine.
