Yep, that's why USB ports are unreliable. Basically, you need a router with four LAN ports (+1 WAN). Plug you PC to LAN1, Go to router's management page, look at some info that says what IP address has been allocated to your PC. If your PC has something like: 192.168.1.5 then watch the video Go...

Whenever you re-install Onyx, after uninstalling the application go to its directories like program files and delete all files that have been left. p.s. WIN + R, type DEVMGMT.MSC, open it and see if there is everything okay.

If you've got a Windows Installer, boot with USB/DVD, format your C: drive and install a fresh OS. Then, install all drivers, upgrade Windows and only then install Onyx. I would recommend that you use Ethernet port. USB is unreliable. Tell us what issues do you have with Ethernet?

Well, obviously any case is different. However, when we had yellow leakage with our Roland RF-640 the tech came to us and he checked circuit/transistor. He had a multi-meter for the purpose. 9. Ink Coverage

There are many unknown variables. The profile (i.e. ink limits)… ink coverage, size of the printed image, the amount of work. Our Onyx 19 is able to evaluate/predict the ink consumption in ml for each colour.

Yes. All dampers were original though not new. It happened in the middle of filling up inks.
  11. Need Help Please help me evaluate the damages of this accident

We had the same issue, moreover it happened with yellow channel alike. In our case one damper was torn in the middle of cleaning process. We didn't notice the leakage and left the printer for about 15 minutes. You need to buy a new print head, head cables and dampers. I hope your fuses are ok

What do you mean - "it doesn't print"? if the device is printing once you sent a task though the inks don't come out of nozzles - it means, you've got a dead printhead.

All your answers are there https://www.youtube.com/user/CHROMiXColorSmarts/videos This is the manual http://www.hutchcolor.com/PDF/Curve4Guide.pdf The only RIP supporting G7 calibration, from what I know, is Onyx 19.... It has the built-in feature.
  15. Cleaning during print cycle

I guess you don't use IC CHIPS on your cartridges if it's third-party inks or your printer doesn't recognise those chips provided cartridges with inks are OEM. If it's the first case... Buy permanent chips on AliExpress. If it's the second update your printer firmware.
