    The machine must NOT have been sitting idle for much time. They are designed to automatically pump ink through the heads on a daily basis. If it has been sitting for longer than a week without power, the heads could be compromised. Do you know what the print test looks like?

    I usually do turn off the heaters when finished printing...only to save electricity. I only use the printer controls for temperature, not the versaworks settings. If I'm impatient, I can turn down the heat settings.

    HYbrid solution...? I haven't cut it out yet, but this is what I have so far. I took Gino's advice to determine some of the dimensions then using some node editing created this layout in Coreldraw. I think it still needs some tweaking. Thanks Gino.
