Here is what we are doing: printing in reverse on clear, laminating with white then contour cut and applied to second surface of clear acrylic. Then we are skinning that side with etchmark vinyl (wet). The problem is the liquid gets trapped around the cut graphics no matter how well we squeegee...

Has anybody had this problem with their printer and were you able to resolve it? I am able to turn the printer on and off and it goes away but I have a feeling it's going to keep popping up. Thank you for reading.

I forgot to say thank you...Thank You! It was the setting in the plotters menu. I did a software update and I'm guessing it went to a default setting because I never go into those settings.

Lately my Graphtec FC 7000-75 will plot everything fine out to about 78'' and nothing more. I cut out of Flexi Sign and this has never happened before. Whatever is at that 78'' mark gets cut off, for example a letter O would look like a C but without the path closed on the top and bottom. The...

Thank you Aklaim, I think it is something hanging from the print head assembly, even though I print all my banners on a Mimaki JV3-160 (mostly to give it something to do). The problem is how do I remove something from the bottom of the printheads?

Hasn't been any head "crashes" that I know of. As for a piece of debris hanging from a head or the assembly that holds the heads, I think that's the most likely scenario. Now I just have to figure out how to look under there...

This is being printed on a HPL26500 with Briteline 2203 and doesn't really look like headstrikes. I tried increasing the vacuum pressure but that didn't seem to help. It also happens on good vinyls like 3m IJ 180 but not as much. Any help would be appreciated. For reference that L is about 2''...
