You know ... those things that you stick in the holes on the sides of the material? So our VP models come with these cool adjustable ones... but our SP models have these cruddy plastic non-adjustable ones that fall out once in a blue moon .. anyone know of anyplace I could purchase the cool...

There's a "test print" button on the side panel... once it prints you check for what looks like missing lines or lines printing on top of each other... I keep scrap/end-of-roll material for all my tests n calibrations :D

@strypguy I'm able to mess with the position of the pinchrolls until it recognizes it definitely ... @northern design I'll look and see what you're talking about, lord knows there's an overlooked lint pile in there I gotta blow out or something. Love the feedback :D

Swear it's not what you think. Yes I did keep the pinchrolls inside the metallic tape boundary however the machine keeps sending back a "Pinchroll Error, Invalid (left or right) Pos". Someone suggested cleaning the encoder strip... did that and still errors :banghead: .... Help :help

Quick question, but does anyone know exactly what the recommended cleaning solution for the machines is? You know, the one we drip on swabs and wipe ink off with? It doesn't say anything on the bottle... and I'm curious to know what chemicals I'm storing in our cabinets :) Thanks in advance...
