I came across them when I was trying to find what I'm talking about during my search. The ones I found on their site are a spring only. Same concept except the way nit s im talking about have a "cinch" style strap. I will get on their site and browse around some more.

Random thought/question. I have seen a banner mounting system that is adjustable with a spring. It uses a tapcon or similar on one end then has an adjustable strap with a spring and hook on the other end that attaches to the banner. Similar to what is used for an in ground pool. Anyone know the...
