THats what i did i started at 0/0/100/0 then went 0/5/100/0 and so on for about 40 different colors out of PS nothin close like you said really muddy look. then did it from composer and saved as a tiff then opened in AI now i am getting really close. just need to do more minor tweaks to it. TY...
that mm setting is for how long the cut will go. it all depends on the size of the decal and what the cut shape is. you just set it to half cut put blade in front slot and send like a normal cut. we had to just do test cuts to get the settings correct.
We are printing them on 3551 RA for snowmobiles that the customer will be installing. also dont want a layered vinyl. We have had so many problems getting vibrant colors on our JV3

FT shop here do them dry as much as possible. being in MN only have about 6-8 months of hot enough weather that we dont have to worry about moisture staying behind and freezeing nad cracking the vinyl

we have multiple back ups. we do not use our internal harddrives for files 1 is for program files the other is a scratch disk we have a 1tb harddrive with all our files, W.O.s, adn all out clipart/fills. then we back the 1tb up every friday onto another hard drive which we have 2 of that are...
i guess we are kinda both ways on this situation we set our bids/quotes as we normanly would but if slow in the shop or for a bigger job will drop our prices some to compete with other shops on a bid. obv aslong as we will still see enough of a profit off the job.
