when i get this code it is usally due to the material either being to close to the head or to far away when it is parked at station. i just move media to on eside or the other 1/2" or so and works fine.

Noticed my blues were getting bad banding and did not look right. did a test print and keep getting same issue. did a head cleaning on strong twice. manually cleaned head and also soaked capping station with cleaner. Any other possible fixes?

Well the 20,000 a year is what we feel it will be. they had a machine down for about 9 months and we did right around 15,000 in those 9 months. so we have prices set with them now on all their decal kits and we suggested a 10% because they obvisously know material cost them self. So they can see...
