  1. Looking for a suggestion on poster job

That is not that crazy to run off your machine. For the grommets I would use those things from Banner-Ups, or instead of paper, use a polypropylene and then the grommets will work on that. I have super aggressive pricing on poster paper if you go that route of printing yourself. I also have...

  4. What makes Roland printers so much more expensive than Mimaki?

Yeah, on the older gen there were some issues. Lol on the maintenance, that is just flat out not true (at least with the new gen units) There is like ZERO maintenance on the latex. The biggest wrap shops in the industry run latex. I would highly recommend reaching out to your local latex dealer...

I have been touting this line for about 3 years now and this is only stage one. Here is a good video by Tim Mitchell from HP, who I consider another fellow nerd in materials and applications. If anyone is familiar with the Berger Textiles line, that was developed by myself and I have a whole line of fabrics by Senfa the actual MFG behind the big brand name guys. These are made for Latex, UV, and Solvent. If you need backlit, double-sided blockout, and frontlit then I can help you...

  12. Aftermarket Truvis Inks

Why? Just to save some upfront money on your inks, or are you unhappy with the color off the OEM?
  13. Looking for 6mil Matte air release gray permanent adhesive.

Ooohhh, yes that is a different one. The RMV6 and PMV6 are my rigid vinyls, but do not come in Air Release or Grey Back so you did order the right one. Unfortunately the AR can be hit or miss in some latex models. I am sorry about that and if you have not received a full credit yet just let me know.

  16. Is it okay to use unprinted cast vinyl for a white wrap?

Are you going to laminate it? That material will work no problem.
  17. Wall Wraps- Shrinking, Curling

Using traditional wallpaper and paste will do the job in almost all situations also. Me personally, I love the materials like what was mentioned above, just my own brand though lol. Adhesive fabrics are so easy to install its amazing!
  18. Protecting Blockout Scrim Banner

You can put a liquid laminate over the top. How long are you looking to get from it?
