It sounds like your cutter profile in flexi may be off. Are you using the profile specifically for your plotter or one that is close?

Can't find this one. What the font didn't give me very good results.

I used to work on golf courses and in wetland areas where we didn't want golfers to go we would put up signs that said Warning Digitaria sanguinalis. Now with smart phones it is easy enough to look up, but all it said was warning crabgrass.

What kind of vinyl are you using?? Looks like something dragging to me.
