Should not be a problem, how big is the coroplast sheet? I would use a heavy duty double sided adhesive for heavier objects.

XBase was made for outdoor use specifically. It is not printable, but you can laminate your print with the Clear then apply decals over it.

What machine are you using?

Very good machine with excellent color. People who run them almost always stick with them long term. They are a good quality built machine and many of the clients I know who run them are using them in car wrap industry.
