There are no changes in the cutter, it's all done in the Omega 3.0 software. Omega 3.1 will even have a simpler approach to this. With the Envision the software can control the pressure, speed, etc of the cutter which makes controlling the cutter via "one job file" a lot easier. Again...

Omega does have a size limit or something like 14000 pixels. So 220 * 150 = 33000, where as 93 * 150 = 13950. I'm guessing thats it.
