When exporting, check the Options button, there are a number of options that may help. What version of Omega are they using. There is a group in the dialog called "Cutter Path"

I will dig a little deeper. Envision upgrades all depend on the mother board in your Envision, early MB had a 1mb memory board, later versions have a 4mb memory board. This change happened over 10 years ago.

The older spl file will help us determine what we might have changed. I do not think a software update will fix anything. I'd like you to check the mother board revision in the Envision but I"m not really sure what to ask for. When you start the Envision what does it say it's firmware version is?
