so now its the bottom of my designs that are having a miss print

so i did -55 and the next set they were all touching. i did a print and this is it now

just did that and it printed much better just a little blurry on a couple spots above and below the design so adjusting it again and trying. will post a pic shortly. When i did reprint the test it showed 55 as touching and to the left they all looked the same its very weird

im having issues with blurry print every other row. any thoughts?

yes i have emailed the tech and will wait to hear back from them in the morning. temp is controlled not sure of humidity. using bulk ink but no issues with ink ever, head went out and had a third party service company come and change the parts out as the nearest roland service company was a hour...

ok so i just had my magenta/yellow head replaced, new cap tops, as well as all 4 dampers. now any color with red or yellow is coming out super light, but blacks and blues are not effected. also kinda grainy on the new print head colors. nozzel test is fine as well. using Flexisign. cleaned...

both ways its still the same size its weird idk what it is but am adjusted for it now till i get it figured out

they are 2 different machines on 2 different programs, maybe its a flexi sign issue

yeah it was when we cut the same design on 2 different machines then i was like wait a min lol i see the scaling on flexi set to 100% is there a setting on the cutter itself that may be automatically shrinking it by 1%?

is there a maintenance protocol for these two equipment? like greasing any parts or tightening of things havnt found any videos or pdfs about that

when i send a job from flexi to CE6000 it seems to be 0.100 bigger on both sides tall and wide. So if i want a 6x3 sticker i have to make it 5.900x2.900 i cant find anything that is off in the program and dont know where to look

try flipping the encoder strip if you havent already changed it,
